Operation Manager

Jobs Responsibilities: |

· Oversees day-to-day operations. | |
· Provides leadership at all levels of the organization. | |
· Defines and implement policies and performance standards. | |
· Assists HR with recruiting when necessary. | |
· Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed. | |
· Assess departmental and company performance and devise plans for improvement. | |
· Oversees budgeting, reporting and planning. | |
· Works with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals. | |
· Researches new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency. | |
· Designs strategy and set goals for growth. | |
· Controls budgets and optimize expenses. | |
Job Specifications: |
|
· Proven experience in similar executive role in Spa/hospitality field preferred |
|
· Experience in planning and budgeting |
|
· Knowledge of business process and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations etc.) |
|
· Strong analytical ability · Excellent communication skills · Outstanding organizational and leadership skills · Willing to travel frequently · Problem-solving aptitude |
